Leeza Gibbons Personal Life and Husband
Leeza Gibbons was born on March 26, 1957 in Hartsville, South California of the United States of America. She was the daughter of Carlos Gibbons and Jean Gibbons, who were the owner of the antique shop and also a former state superintendent of education. Gibbons has two siblings, a brother Carlos and a sister Cammy.
Gibbons was graduated from Irmo High School. After completing her high school, she was graduated from the University of South Carolina’s school of journalism and mass communication.
Leeza Gibbons has been married four times. She was first married to John Hicks but after two years of their marriage they got divorced. In the year 1989, she was again married to Christopher Quinten (a British actor) but again got divorced in the year 1991 with one daughter. From 1991 to 2005, she was married to Stephen Meadows. They had two sons together, Troy and Nathan Daniel. Again in the year 2011, she married Steven Fenton, who is the son of former Mayor of Beverly Hills, Frank M. Fenton. Leeza Gibbons co-hosted local segments for PM Magazine in Beaumont, Texas, USA. After that, she moved to WFAA-TV Channel 8 in Dallas-Fort Worth.
In 1987, she co-hosted the GOFTA awards in New Zealand with Nic Nolan. In 1988, she was the host of the Telethon show on New Zealand’s TVNZ network.
Gibbons hosted the radio countdown show Blockbuster Top 25 Countdown with Leeza Gibbons and it was renamed Leeza Gibbons’ Hollywood Confidential, which focused more on entertainment news.
Leeza Gibbons is probably most famous for being a host on “Entertainment Tonight”, “Extra” and her own talk show “Leeza”. The show “Leeza” ran for seven seasons between 1993 and 2000 and was syndicated nationally.
In 2015, she won the NBC reality game-show series Celebrity Apprentice, beating out TV news personality Geraldo Rivera. She became the second female winner of the show, after Joan Rivers. Recently from January of 2017, she began co-hosting the Rose Parade.
